Colin Sim - Managing Director

Colin oversees the full operations of the company. Colin manages the management and senior level hires across all sectors in the various industries within the company.

Prior to joining Bearing Search, Colin was the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, APAC in AIG and oversaw the end to end recruitment function for all levels and functions within the region. His previous experiences include RPO with some of the tier one international banks and external search specialising in Private Banking (wealth management) & Asset Management.

Colin graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT).

Chiang Kwok Wai - Director

Kwok Wai covers various industries, predominately the Banking & Finance, Commodities, Engineering, General Commerce sectors.

In his years of executive search career, Kwok Wai has successfully completed mid to senior level search assignments on both retained and contingency basis, for companies ranging from SMEs to MNCs. Prior to his search career, Kwok Wai has about 10 years of Sales/Relationship Management experience in Banks, NBFI and Conglomerates.

Kwok Wai holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with specialisation in Business Finance from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT).
