COLIN SIM – Managing Director

Colin oversees the full operations of the company. Colin manages the management and senior-level hires across all sectors in the various industries within the company.

Prior to joining Bearing Search, Colin was the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, APAC at AIG and oversaw the end-to-end recruitment function for all levels and functions within the region. His previous experiences include RPO engagements with tier-one international banks and external search specialising in Private Banking (Wealth Management) & Asset Management.

Colin graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT).

 

CHIANG KWOK WAI – Director

Kwok Wai specializes in executive search across multiple industries, with a primary focus on Banking & Finance, Commodities and IT Services/Technology Consulting. He has successfully delivered mid to senior-level search assignments on both retained and contingency bases for organizations ranging from SMEs to multinational corporations.

Prior to entering executive search, Kwok Wai accumulated close to 10 years of Sales and Relationship Management experience across banks, non-bank financial institutions, and conglomerates. This background enables him to bring strong market insight and a deep understanding of client and candidate needs.

Kwok Wai holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Business Finance from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT).
